Hello, I'm Larry

I have spent the last 20 years of my career helping major retailers accelerate strategic growth initiatives, drive organizational transformation and build technology to meet customer and business needs. Like many others, I spent these years prioritizing my work above all else. This led to large fluctuations in my health and happiness. My work became my identity and everything else in my life just filled the gaps. 
In early 2020, I was exposed to the concept of Financial Independence which re-framed my perspective of wealth entirely. I created a plan to become work optional well before my 60’s and started being very intentional with my saving and spending behavior. Despite this epiphany that I could retire well before 65, as the time passed, I realized I was still not happy.  
On the other side of my career identity was my social identity. I was the “party guy,” and I prided myself on always being available for a good time…and I was really, really good at it. It wasn’t until early 2024 that I realized how much alcohol was getting in the way of my well-being. I quit drinking on March 11, 2024. The decision to become alcohol free has been one of the most impactful decisions in the entirety of my life. 
With a renewed sense of clarity and boundless energy, I am exploring my purpose and re-defining my identity. I have prioritized my well-being above all else which has resulted in significant improvement across all aspects of my life both personally and professionally. I am now ready and excited to help others make progress on improving their well-being through health, wealth and happiness.
